Terms of service

Last updated July 6, 2026

By using FanRide you agree to these terms. FanRide is operated by WheyDev LLC (Wyoming, USA).

What FanRide is

FanRide turns a team's history into a Misery Score and a cinematic ride you can share. It is an entertainment product. Scores are computed from public sporting records for interest and debate — they are not statements of fact about any team, and they are not sports betting, odds, or advice of any kind.

Not affiliated with any league or team

FanRide is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, or governing body. Team names and identities belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the teams the score is about.

Using FanRide

You may use FanRide anonymously. If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity under it and for keeping your Google sign-in secure. Please do not misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to harass others or to break the law.

Accounts and saved rides

Accounts use Google sign-in. Saved rides live at shareable links, which means anyone who has a link can view that ride — treat a share link as public. You can delete your account, and everything tied to it, at any time. How we handle the data behind accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Superfan Pass

Some features are unlocked by the Superfan Pass, a one-time purchase handled by our payment processor. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. We may adjust what the pass includes over time, but we will not remove access you have already paid for without a fair alternative or refund.

No warranty

FanRide is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scores, data, or the service itself will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Sporting history is messy and our data may contain mistakes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WheyDev LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FanRide. It is a fun tool for arguing about sports — please keep it in that spirit.

Changes and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue FanRide, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will change the date above, and material changes will be noted. Continuing to use FanRide after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
